Game rules
Aumen is a free online strategy game. These rules apply to everyone who creates an account in the game, and by signing up you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in the separate privacy policy. If the Czech and English versions differ, the Czech version prevails.
The game is operated by Michal Novák, company ID (IČO) 02775093 (the “operator”); full details are in the privacy policy. Contact: mail@aumen.cz.
1. Your account
- Anyone aged 15 or over can play. Younger players need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Each player may have only one account per world.
- Your account is personal. Do not tell anyone your password, and do not share, sell or hand over your account. For time away, use vacation mode and a sitter from your alliance, who can only manage your defense.
- Sign up with an email address you have access to. We use it to confirm your account and to reset your password.
- Your player name must not be offensive or vulgar, or easy to mistake for the operator or a moderator. The same applies to village and alliance names.
2. Multi-accounts and pushing resources
- Controlling more than one account is not allowed, not even for a short time, for example on behalf of a friend.
- Sending resources or troops between accounts of the same person, and excessive one-way feeding of another account, is not allowed.
- If you play from a shared connection (family, dormitory, work), tell us in advance through in-game support. A shared connection on its own is not a violation, but you must not feed each other resources or play for each other.
3. Forbidden practices
- Bots, scripts, macros and other automation, including browser extensions that play or click for you.
- Modifying the game or its communication with the server, and bypassing limits and protections.
- Exploiting bugs. Report a bug through support instead of using it.
- Attacking the server or overloading the game.
- Selling or buying accounts, resources or other game items for real money.
4. Conduct
War between players and alliances is part of the game. Personal attacks are not. In messages, alliances, profiles and names the following is forbidden:
- insults, threats, harassment and bullying,
- racism, extremism and other hateful content,
- pornography and other inappropriate content,
- spam, advertising and links to fraudulent sites,
- publishing other people's personal data,
- impersonating the operator, a moderator or another player.
5. Sanctions
Depending on how serious a violation is, a moderator can:
- give a warning,
- rename a player, village or alliance,
- temporarily block sending messages (mute),
- suspend or permanently ban the account.
Violations are judged by a person, not by an algorithm. The system can only flag suspicious accounts for review. If you disagree with a decision, write through in-game support or to mail@aumen.cz. Where possible, a different team member will review it.
6. Seasons and game content
- The world runs in seasons. At the end of a season the world is founded anew: villages, resources, troops and reports disappear, your account stays.
- Game content (villages, resources, units, items) has no monetary value and does not belong to the player. The operator may change it, for example when rebalancing the game or fixing a bug.
7. Closing your account
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.
- The operator may close an account for serious or repeated violations of these rules.
8. Availability and liability
The game is free and provided as is. The operator aims to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. The game may have outages, maintenance and bugs, and it may change. The operator is not liable for lost game progress, but will try to put things right when the game is at fault.
9. Changes to the rules
These rules may change. We announce significant changes in the game at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can delete your account. By continuing to play after a change takes effect, you agree to the new version.
10. Contact
Questions, bugs and reports about players: through in-game support (the Support item in the left menu, on mobile under More) or by email to mail@aumen.cz.
